Navv Systems, Inc. (NSI) is a software solutions company that uses Indoor Positioning technology (IPS) to provide pedestrian traffic control for hospitals and healthcare systems. Currently, NavvTrack™ is being used at Henry Ford Hospital to optimize patient transport, housekeeping and central pharmacy deliveries. NSI is partnering with Henry Ford Innovations and Apple to leverage the “indoor GPS” to optimize mobile workflows and enable real time healthcare. NavvTrack requires no new infrastructure and can be enabled in a short time. The NavvTrack platform accurately tracks the iPhones that are already being used by these workers to receive their work orders. Managers, dispatchers and schedulers can use real time location of the workers to direct a worker to a job and send them text messages. All the motion of the worker is recorded for playback and analysis.
